HELP

This is my little sister
on the right. I love her so much, and I am happy that she managed to get in college. She has some science, biology, physics , chemisty and maths brains. She wished she went for Bio Chemistry, but she ended up going to a business school.
See I am praising her right?
The only thing is...........Check

have to share this.
I have shared my room with my little sister all my life. Finally, in June she had to go to college. I was happy that I had a room to myself. List did I know she will be coming back on weekends to visit and come back to sleep in the same room.

I just picked her up from the bus stop, and you guessed right. She is going to share the room with me. Bang bang my head. I feel like she is envading my room.
Bwaaaaaaaaa.
Ok here is the situation. We are 10 of us in the family,
5 girls and 5 boys.
Our house is a 4 bedroomed house, and then we have a guest house in the back.
I am not kidding, this is serious, he he he he
Boys share rooms in the guest house, and all girls are packed in the house. Sharing two rooms.
The third bedroom, used to be my mom's spare bedroom, before she moved out. Now that is the room that is used as a guest room.
It sucks to share a room with your little sisters, because they invade your closet sometimes.
When I settle down. No way I am going to bring 10 children on earth to fight for rooms in my small house.
Oh my apology. I hope none of my parents read my blog.
Just a thought.

Roxy

Update

I apologize to my readers for not posting anything for a long time.
I just had those moments when I felt very blank to pen down anything. I have had a blank head for some weeks.
I will do my best to catch up.
Stay tuned

How to Tell When One Is Not Telling The Truth

By Purply Pink Roxy Black

How Do You Become a Lie Detector?
I came across a very interesting article that I thought I should share. It was about how one can tell when somebody is not saying the truth.

In my culture, we have a different way of interpreting things. For example, we are taught from infant that you do not look straight in the eyes, because it is a sign of "disrespect." I am sure most of you from my world, would agree that , it is imperative to follow those norms.

Well, in other parts of the world, looking somewhere else, or rocking your eyes, when answering a question, is a sign that you are not saying the truth.

This happens a lot when people go for Job interviews. I have heard a lot of complaints, from people who go for many interviews and yet, do not get the job.

Here is what experts are saying,

"It's easier than you think to become a human lie detector. "

Look for Suspicious Behaviors
By themselves, each of these behaviors can just be signs of stress, or even a person's natural mannerisms. One can occur by chance, but when two or more of these behaviors suddenly appear at a moment when lying could be expedient, you should be skeptical. For example, when you ask a salesman how reliable that used car is, it suggests he's lying.
Here's the top eight list of suspicious behaviors:
1. A change in the voice's pitch.
2. A change in the rate of speech.
3. A sudden increase in the number of "ums" and "ahs."
4. A change in eye contact. Normally, one makes eye contact one-quarter to one-half of the time. 5. If suddenly, at the convenient moment to lie, he's staring at you or looking away, beware.
6. Turning his body away from you, even if just slightly.
7. Suddenly being able to see the white on the top and bottom of a person's eyes, not just the sides.
8. A hand reaching, even if momentarily, to cover part of the face, especially the mouth.
Nervous movement of feet or legs.

Of course, in order to notice a change, you need a baseline. So you must first watch the person when talking about innocuous issues.
A Mixed Signal
Also look for mixed signals. When someone's telling the truth, her words, her face and her body language are all congruent. For example, if a person is honestly saying that she likes you, her face is usually relaxed, offering a gentle smile and warm eyes. Her body is calm and open. But when she's lying, something is usually inconsistent. In the most obvious case, she may be saying she likes you, but she's not smiling. She may even have a clenched fist. Better liars can muster a smile, but it doesn't look natural. Even better liars can put on a convincing smile, but their eyes aren't smiling. Still better liars can control their entire face, but their bodies seem closed or cold. Look for mismatches between words and body language.
When you've gotten a signal -- a change in body language or a mixed signal that the person may be lying -- ask for more information about the same topic. Are those same lying signs apparent? That can confirm your suspicion.
Of course, there's no foolproof way to detect lying. Some people are terrific at covering themselves up, especially if they are naturally emotionally flat or have practiced their lying skills over many years -- certain political leaders come to mind. But if you look for behavior changes and mixed signals at lying-expedient moments, you will improve your BS detector."

End of quote
-----------
I am sure most of you agree on the above. But also it depends on part of the world you are in. If you live in the western world, the above applies. If you live in a world like mine, all above is opposite.

Yesterday i got my ass kicked. Every part of my body is sore , and thinking to myself, what a nice day it is today. ha ha ha. The Guy that I train with is black belt in judo, black belt in Tae-kwando, brown belt in karate. That is the guy who is giving me more training.
Hey believe me, it actually feels great. Right now I am enjoying the pain.
All friends think I am tough, but hey, I am still learning new tactics.

Sorry guys, I do not mean to scare you from exercises. My point is you can take exercises and enjoy. The real deal is, you have to know that, you are building endurance to pain.

Tae Kwondo is like any other work out, except is a bit physical. Hey all I can tell you is, I enjoy it, and thank God I have my sister to give me massages, at times when my body get so bitten up. I love it.
